The tech just left my house refusing to do the work on start day... I am in Buford *** GA next to Mall of Georgia.

I Called five star painting to paint a simple exterior fence as a test before giving them the entire house. The sales man was super nice and eager to help. Said we would be scheduled very soon since it was a small job. That didn’t happen.

A month later and 50% deposit down and we are scheduled. They were suppose to arrive at 9am I was told. So I waited until 11 and no show. Called the office and they said Scott the manger would call me back and that never happened.

12 o’clock after wasting half my morning on these clowns they finally show up. The reps name is Alex. The rep was a sub Hispanic contractor with a different painters name on his shirt. Unmarked truck and not five star painting.

Once I showed him the work he started taking pictures and refused to start. Said this job was under bidded and he was only going to make 140 dollars and didn’t want to do the job. So he left??? I called the office once he left and they said they would try and figure it out.

Still have yet to have anyone come out and I still have an unpainted fence. Also still have not heard anything from Scott the “owner/manager”. Al, the sales rep has called me back still super nice and apologetic trying to get us figured out and rescheduled.

God knows when that will be. I do not recommend this company and won’t be using them for future projects!

I have read many contents but your post is really nice , thanks for your valuable information Palm Harbor house painting

We are sorry you had this experience. We did immediately refund you your 10% deposit.

We scheduled your job within 48 hours of the receipt of your deposit which came 4 weeks after your quote was sent to you. We believe the painter mis interpreted your words and thought you were trying to hire him from under us for additional work when you asked for his phone number and told him you had additional work.

Our scheduler, manager and co-owner were all in discussions with you. Regardless our 'single' painter no longer works for us and we apologize.
